Section 20
Writing appreciation of jewels
:(1) In front of the name of the person receiving the jewels, one can write the prescribed praise according to the jewels received by him.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), in front of the name of a person receiving more than one bibhushan, the praise should be written according to the order of merit of the bibhushan received by him.
